Nanohospital: Multiplayer Edition

This is https://tangx246.itch.io/nanohospital... But in multiplayer!

This version has less features and is buggier, but was made as a proof of concept to attempt to battle test Godot's multiplayer abilities. The windows.zip file contains the full game + ability to host a multiplayer signaling server. 

The web version can connect to this signaling server, but if playing on itch.io, the signaling server must be accessible via https (and then referred to by wss://domain.name.here)
